How to change the startup disk from Mojave to Ventura Mac OS ?

In my iMac Retina 4K 21.5’ 2017 SSD 1TB I have, in two different partitions, Mac OS Ventura, that I usually use, and Mac OS Mojave, as I need to use sometimes 32bit applications.

Under Ventura I can select Mojave as the startup disk, but under Mojave I have not the option to select Ventura as the startup disk.

Unfortunately  I usually use a Logitech MX Keys for Mac and it doesn’t work at bootstrap with the Option Key to select the boot drive.

If I want to do it I need to install the original Apple keyboard.

Maybe someone has a suggestion to allow it ?

There is no other way to do it. Mojave doesn't recognize the Ventura startup drive, so you have to use the Startup Manager (option key on startup).

You might be able to use this method in Terminal, but I think you will run into the same problem.

Change a remote computer’s startup disk using Terminal on Mac - Apple Support

While this says "remote" computer, it should work locally, also.

If it does work, you could wrap that command up in an Automator application that you would just double-click to change startup disks. You can probably add a command to restart the Mac, too.
