If your profile is accurate and you are still on macOS 11.7.*, then you still have a Share menu in Pages and you would click the Send a Copy menu item to choose the supported Share service and then the format (PDF) to send on to that service.

Click on the menu, File, then 'Export To', click 'PDF'
