Since I updated to Ventura, I am no longer able to access Apple Pay & Wallet in System Settings.
My machine has Touch ID, and the setting was previously was available before updating. I also get this error when I do a spotlight search for Apple Pay & Wallet:
"You can’t open the “Wallet & Apple Pay” settings pane because it is not available to you at this time."
How do I fix this?
Note: the device I selected at the end of the comment flow is incorrect -- my device is a 14" MBP running Ventura 13.1
