I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max Unlocked now I tried putting my eSim (which works great on all the other iphones I have) and it doesn't work for me. How can this iPhone 53.0 be eliminated (I also did the DFU recovery but iPhone 53.0 always appears) and above all what does it mean and what is it?

Go to Settings>General>About and scroll down. Under carrier lock, does is say "No SIM restrictions"?
Obviously, it is not unlocked. You should contact the merchant from which it was purchased, to determine their return/refund policy. Then purchase a unit for the region where it will be used.

You have asked us to guess where this might appear!
I will offer my guess. It appears at Settings > General > About > Carrier. And not only that, but also the name of the cellular carrier appears. This is the current cellular update version.
Then I would contact Apple and inform them that they sent you the wrong device.
A2651 is the United States model of the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Hopefully that’s where you are.
My guess is AT&T is the cellular carrier involved. If so, and if you’re in the U.S., contact them at (800) 331-0500 (24 hours a day).
Did you purchase the phone directly from Apple? If not, it is not unlocked. If you did indeed purchase directly from Apple you would have to select the unlocked version at the time of purchase.
If you are in the US, or Puerto Rico, and you purchased the unlocked version directly from Apple it should work. If you are not in either of those regions, it would appear you purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
I have done all checks iPhone is unlocked.
Unfortunately Apple has been making many mistakes for some time now I have the whole company and family with Apple products I travel a lot all over the world and I have always bought Apple products in America, but lately there are many problems and I don't understand why I bought an iPhone in america it doesn't have to work worldwide since it was bought and paid for in full. Anyway, I hope I can fix the problem.

Is iPhone located in Cyprus? but i travel all over europe and it has always worked. I don't understand why it shouldn't work since iphone is unlocked.
