SIM riconosciuta (ILIAD) ma non si collega alla rete

Buongiorno,

iPhone 11 Pro Max, dopo aggiornamento 16.2 la SIM (ILIAD) viene riconosciuta dal Sistema ma non si collega più alla rete, no rete mobile, no telefono.

La stessa SIM su altri iPhone funziona perfettamente.

Installata una SIM funzionante su altro iPhone su questo viene riconosciuta ma non si collega ugualmente.

Ripristinato il sistema con vecchio backup ma il risultato non cambia.

Qualcuno ha suggerimenti al riguardo?

Ringrazio anticipatamente per eventuali risposte.

Hey Massimo,

When this happens, does the iPhone at least show the appearance that it's connected to the cellular network, or do you see something different? If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad, this page contains specific steps to take for each of those. Though if you're noticing that your SIM card works in other devices without issue and other working SIMs do not work in your iPhone, you may need to have the device inspected for potential service. Same issue with an IPhone 8 with OS 16.2, ILIAD sim is “seen” in the first 30 seconds from switching phone ON, than it looses connection and the window “NO SIM” appears.

everything was ok until few days ago, before automatic update to 16.2, so I’m pretty sure the update started a conflict, in other web pages they talk about a conflict of 16.2 OS with micro eSIMs.

Good morning,

iPhone 11 Pro Max, after update 16.2 the SIM (ILIAD) is recognized by the system but it no longer connects to the network, no mobile network, no telephone.

The same SIM on other iPhones works perfectly.

Installed a working SIM on another iPhone on this one is recognized but still does not connect.

Restored the system with old backup but the result does not change.

Anyone have any suggestions on this?
