Kindly help. I am tired of trying to know what this means. I have two WhatsApp. Normal one and business but those two does show somewhere below and has some 110Mb of data. On the other hand, when I open this busted app icons they say Data shared by 2 Apps. If anyone can help.

The first thing we recommend is to make sure you have a backup of all the data on the device: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. This will prevent any accident data loss. Be sure that any WhatsApp conversations needed are backed up.
By any chance was WhatsApp removed at any time? The icons displayed typically indicate that the app has been removed. We would go ahead and tap on them and then try to remove them, and the data associated with them.
