My question is that my documents and pictures saved in “on my iPhone” portion in files visible to anyone or are they private only visible to me?
There are two options available in files either to save documents in iCloud or save it to on my iPhone. So my question is are documents saved in on my iPhone private?
Documents and photos on your phone are private as long as you have a passcode on your phone and you don’t tell anyone else the passcode.
Documents and photos in iCloud are private as long as you have a strong password for your Apple ID and 2 factor authentication enabled, except from law enforcement authorities with a properly executed warrant.
If you enable Advanced Data Protection for iCloud then your documents and photos in iCloud are completely private, even from law enforcement.
