I am unable to download new iOS 16.2 on iPad

It says require 200mb to complete down load stuck 15.2d

Free up the necessary free space, or use a computer.

Per Apple: Learn how to update your device manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.

If you’ve run out of room with a stuck download, delete it. Settings > General > iPad Storage > find and delete the update
