Zoom subscription renewed even after subscription was cancelled

Greetings of the day,


I had taken up the subscription of Zoom on 12th November 2022. I had renewed it for the month of December as well till 12th January 2023.


further I didn’t wanted to renew my subscription for the month of January, so I cancelled the subscription on 10th January just before the next renewal. But on 11th January the next cycle renewal fees were debited from my account (I have attached the image for the same). I have raised the query to refund the amount but I haven’t received any money back. Can you please help me out with this.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.

All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
