Refund of duplicate/incorrect Tinder charges
After downloading Tinder I immediately upgraded to plus, then Gold and then Platinum within 15 mins. It was said that I could do it by only paying the difference, but somehow was charged full price all 3 times.
on reportaproblem.apple.com when choosing “get a refund” option, my Plus and Good purchases disaapear, and only Platinum appears, but I don’t want to cancel my Platinum, and only get a refund for Plus and Gold. What should I do? Thank you.
