So I ask for a password reset and no reset option goes to my private relay email concocted by Apple. What do I do now? I know this thread has been inactive but if by chance someone should have a solution, thank you.

We aren't sure what exactly it is you're attempting to do regarding resetting a forgotten Apple ID password with an email created with iCloud Private Relay. Please keep in mind that you'll still need to be able to sign into your Apple ID in order to check any emails associated with it.

I signed in to a PBS.org account using Apple as an option. They also had Google and one other. By signing in with Apple a unique @privaterelay.appleid.com email was supplied by Apple. A few days later I donated some money to be able to watch content that required what PBS called a "Passport". I can log in to the account simply by just pushing the Apple menu sign in button. When I request my Passport credentials it asks for the email associated with the account. I give the @privaterelay.appleid.com address. It states that it has sent the information to the address. I have not received any emails from PBS to that address. I have contacted their customer service with the above issue. It really does not seem like this sign in with Apple is useful in this particular situation. Yes it is easy to sign in, but I can do nothing more than that. How do you explain that? I do not have any problems with signing in to my appleid account. Any comments directed at my particular issue would be appreciated.
