Cancel free trial given by LG

Does anyone know how to cancel this please, I watched it the other day, went to watch today I’ve apparently signed up for another one, however each time I watch something or try to, it says sign up for free trial ( I have) so try and cancel but it says I don’t have any subscriptions! Is this just a ploy to drive me nuts and then take my money? I sign in, go to subscriptions, ready to cancel, it says I don’t have any grrrr
