I have I phone 6 pulse but it’s asking for iOS 14 for downloading YouTube and Instagram from the App Store and my iPhone has iOS 12.5.6 so what should I do to instal them on my iPhone

Your iPhone 6 tops out at iOS 12.
You will need to use Safari and the website for the websites and services of interest, pending acquiring a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.
iPhone 8 or newer is required for iOS 16.
Any recent iPhone will be substantially more capable than an iPhone 6.
