keeps on ending and rebooting

i Tried Entering Safe Mode and Stuff buts it just not working i tried USB also didnt work so i tried using a VM on my Windows 10 it still didnt work is anyone having the same plom cause i tried contacting apple support they offered me a New Macbook but i liked the Mac i Was Using So i declined Could anyone help

im thinking of creating another Disk But i Could Try But im thinking of what to do

1.Create Another Disk

2.Buy Another Macbook

3.Try using a USB Stick to Install it

4.Get my Macbook repaired
