I’ve had my phone stolen. But on another phone I received a txt from “Apple” asking me to login to site ****. Is this legitimate or a scam?

No. Those messages come from people who've found an iPhone or other unit and are trying to mislead the owner into giving them their Apple ID and password so they can unlock it.

That text is not from Apple, but a scammer. Apple would never try to contact you using SMS. Please do not enter your Apple ID in that site.
Where is the answer from Apple. Why dont we have the option of reporting this on the messaging app? There is no block message to select.
