If your Apple Watch won't turn on and is stuck on the Apple logo, you should try to force restart it. This step should only be taken if your Apple Watch is not responding at all:

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If your Apple Watch does not respond after following these steps, you should contact Apple Support.
