Same here. Idk what they got going on but they need to do better. I just got off the phone with the lady from Apple Cash support and she can’t even give me a simple explanation as to why my account is restricted. How could I not pass simple questions regarding my identity? I’ve found similar stories to mine online and I plan to pursue. This is ridiculous. I paid a lot of money for my iPhone and APPLE can’t even get something as simple as this right.
