My family (4 people) switched to tmobile from verizon, 3 phones are working but 1,(my son's) is not working. Multiple sims cards and esim tried but to no avail. Several trips to apple store did not fix problem. The phone was in perfect working condition before with verizon. Ther e were no problems. Does anyone have any ideas

Is it possible that the iPhone, that has no service on the T-Mobile network, is locked to Verizon? You may want to give Verizon a call and ensure that the iPhone is carrier unlocked.

Troubleshooting New Carrier:
Go through your Carrier:
You Carrier is the one who configures these SIM cards --not Apple. So, go through your Carrier, requesting they configure the SIM card to their own settings.
Verizon won’t even let you know whether the iPhone is locked to their network or not?

Hey Axel, Thanks for your response. Verizon is no longer interested in any troubleshooting now I am no longer a customer (13 years). They said it was on tmobile side.
Apparently it is not the sim card/esim. The phone was working perfectly until the transfer but tmobile couldn't make it work even through multiple sim card trys. BTW, two other phones transferred no problem.
