My phone won’t connect to my car since iOS 16 update

I’ve tried everything. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I’ve updated the new iOS 16.2 and now my phone won’t connect to my 2016 Ford Explorer at all USB or Bluetooth. I’ve tried everything.
