Screen time block option for guest account on MacBook?

Is there any way to completely eliminate the option to add the guest user account on macOS? Because it allows me to bypass screen time on my regular account.

So is there any way for a parental screen time administrator to block the option to create a guest user account on a device they are monitoring?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.1

There should be only your "admin" account.

Set up guest user as "standard" account—

Add a user or group on Mac - Apple Support

Change Guest User settings on Mac - Apple Support

From your admin account scroll to the bottom

>System Settings>Privacy & Security>Advanced
