If you are talking about the number zero, then having that form of it requires that you use a font which is designed that way. Normally that will be a monospace font like Courier or Monoco.

But that is not a zero. It's Capital Letter O with Stroke.
Yes, I'm aware. I also agree if you want the number 0 with a stroke you have to choose the appropriate font.
