How to change password for email account on my iPhone SE
If you already changed that email password accessing your email provider webmail site on a computer, and if you are using Apple Mail app on your SE, the easiest way is to delete that email account on your iPhone in Settings>Mail>Account, restart the device, then re-add that email account using the new password (and wait for your email account to repopulate).
If you're using a different app on your SE, contact your email provider about that.

Giulio
You're welcome, Dave.
No, your email messages are stored on your email provider server(s), not on your iPhone, so deleting an email account from Apple Mail app doesn't affect your messages.

Giulio
Hi Giulio. I am still not having much luck restoring my emails on my iPhone or iMac. I have them on my Macbook. I have followed your instructions and when I add a new account I have added my name and email address. The next line is password. Is this a new created password or a previous password? There is also no second line confirming the new password. Under description I have added Dave's Emails. Whatever password I add I then get a message The mail server "mail.btinternet.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. Can you help me past this point.
thanks
Dave
Hi Giulio
Thanks for your reply. I presume I will not lose all my emails
