My Facebook page will not stop scrolling.

It is a known issue FaceBook is having. First, let Facebook know there is a problem:

Second, the FaceBook APP for iPadOS is apparently not affected, so try using that instead of Safari.
Third, send Apple feedback—they won't see your problem in these forums
Fourth, If you have an alternate browser installed on your iPad, try that.
This has been reported many times in the last few days in ASC's computer forum section and iPad but, for some reason, not the iPhone section—at lest not whei checked last night.
