Updated to Latest iOS (16.2) - Do Not Disturb Won't Turn Off

After updating to iOS 16.2 overnight (during which time my phone was on Do Not Disturb), I'm now unable to turn off Do Not Disturb. I deleted the scheduled Do Not Disturb window I had set (from 11pm-8:45am) and DND is still showing as on - on the lock screen, the upper-left hand corner on the home screen, and within the Focus settings themselves. There's no way to toggle it off.

I Reset All Settings, restarted several times, and the issue still persists - would someone be able to help? Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: If anyone else experiences this, I figured out a fix: if you swipe from the upper-right hand corner and go into the Do Not Disturb options from there (not the Settings themselves, just the "For 1 hour" and "Until this evening" options that pop up) then click into "For 1 hour" so a checkmark appears, then click it off, it got me out of Do Not Disturb being stuck (I didn't try clicking into the "Until this evening" section, but assuming it would have the same effect).
