Restore movement streak

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to go back and correct the movement data for a past date? This is going to make me sound like I don’t have my priorities right, but I promise that there’s good reason why this is so important to me: I just realized that my watch didn’t register me meeting my movement goal on 06/19/22 and therefore ended my streak. I know that I met my movement goal; this is something that is very important to me to complete on a daily basis. I have a new streak I’m building but my prior streak was so important to me because it represented the day that I started trying to get out of my severe depression and making a new streak each day was an actual record of my recovery. So getting my streak back (I had gone over 1,000 days of meeting my move goal) would give me back the visible and daily reminder of how many days I gotten through without giving up. I really hope this is possible but I fear that it’s not.

Hello courtneyfromalexandria,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. If you want to manage your Heath data, you will need to use the Health app on the iPhone. The Health app also lets you "Add Data" that might be missing. Click here for details: Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support

1.) Open the Health app
2.) Select Summary
3.) Select Show All Health Data
4.) Select the specific date you're looking for
5.) Select the activity and select "Add Data" to include new information

We hope this information is helpful. Cheers.
