If I remove a ticket from my apple wallet for a future event will it go back to my Ticketmaster account I originally sent it from?

It should not have been removed form your account at all.
Adding a ticket to Wallet does not remove it for delete it from the source. It should continue to exits there wether it's still in Wallet or not.
