Parental Controls

Hello, I've been having an issue with parental controls, whereas parental controls do not apply to my MacBook! My MacBook is set up as one of my devices on my Apple ID but is the ONLY device which is not manipulated by parental controls. The first time it was set up, however, everything worked fine, except my iMessage strangely (my iMessage still does NOT work). Here are a few things I've tried due to this problem:

  1. Factory resetting my MacBook.
  2. Signing out of my Apple ID on my MacBook and logging back in.
  3. Screen time reboots followed with multiple system reboots.

MacBook Air, macOS 13.1
