ESPN and Region

I live in Arizona and all of a sudden the ESPN app is stating that the service is not available in my region.

I have restarted the APPLE TV, removed the app and reinstalled and even tried another device.

I am at a total loss as the app works on my phone connected to the same WiFi.

How do I fix Apple TV streaming issues in Wisconsin? I was watching Shrinking on Apple TV and went to start season 2 and it suddenly stopped working. It is saying that the show isn’t available in my region/county but I live in Wisconsin United States. Apple TV is streamed from my smart tv. Apple TV+ It seems that I cannot subscribe to Apple TV+. Is it to do with the country or something else. I have tried and I have the Apple TV app on all my devices yet I cannot subscribe.

Have you tried contacting ESPN about this? They’re the ones blocking this content.
