Self Repair completed, but support refuses to assist with System Configuration
- Self Repair completed, but support refuses to assist with System Configuration so is the iphone 8 plus supported for system configuration support? My display was replaced and the manual states to initiate the sys config but the chat person refuses to help citing my phone is too old. It has iOS 15.2 and updated, passcoded, I read the manual and next step is this config from support. My rear camera is “in black” unless I zoom then it takes only extremely blurry photos.
