MacBook Pro M1 - How to set the Display at 100% always

My Macbook Pro M1 chip running on OS Ventura always dims to 50% no matter if it's plugged in or not. I always have to adjust the Display Brightness by going to System Settings -> Displays -> Brightness and adjusting the brightness to full or 100%. How can I keep this from automatically adjusting to 50% and leaving it at 100% how I want it?
