Apple Music and ITunes

So a couple of months back I started to notice a few of my albums had gone missing from my Library , I quickly checked my hidden purchases and had nothing to download , and the I looked up the albums on the iTunes Store and they say purchase but I can’t redownload them back to my library, also other albums I purchased have a blank image and I can’t re download them and when I click on one of the songs it tells me is not available in my country and when I check in the store it shows I haven’t purchased them which is ridiculous.
