I need to refund

I bought an online course and pay from Apple Pay but the seller notified me that I bought it wrongly on online lesson , I need to do a refund and buy it again but Apple can't refund me, what should I do?

You have to declare at that online source, you have payed direct to that online source.

Apple Pay is the way to pay. It replaces your physical cards and cash with a method of payment that is private, easier and safer. Whether you pay in a store, on a website or in an app. it is actually the same as paying contactless with your bank card, only via the iPhone.

So contact that online source.
