Logitech K760 keyboard not working right with Ventura

I have a Logitech K760 wireless keyboard that I've used just fine on previous MacBook Pros (MBP). However, I just got a new M1 MBP, and now I get this weird thing where when I press the 'o' key (letter) a 'd' always appears in front of it, and vice versa. The command-Tab key doesn't completely work, either, for cycling through apps with the keyboard. I've got Logitech's Option+ installed, and they say it should be working right and to contact Apple. Anyone else had such a problem and found a solution?

Thanks,

Eric
