Is it possible to add a max speed limit in maps?

I have a provisional drivers license and can only go a max of 90km/h. Is there a way to change the settings in maps to have the ETA account for this when the route takes me on roads with speed limits above 90?

Map not avoiding restricted areas For some reason Maps isn't acknowledging restricted areas where vehicles without a permit aren't permitted to travel. If there is an alternative road where there are no restrictions, why would it just not choose this? By trying to take me down some shortcut route which I didn't know was only for residents of that area, i've now got over £200 worth of penalties.

Google maps speed limit I use google maps on ios and I cant see speed limit/my actual speed anywhere on the screen. (In settings too)I read that it should be available in my country (Czech republic). My ios and google maps are update (15.4.1 ios 6.14.2 maps) Cant you see where the problem could possible be? I asked on official google community also but without any meaningful answer so I am trying it here. Thank you for your answer.
