My iPhone records any conversation happening and texts it into the space

while trying to text or google something, my iphone records any conversation happening and texts it into the space! how do i stop this?

Looks like Voice Control is On.

Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> Off.
