Have you checked to see if they have charged your account yet? If so, you can request a refund using this link: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.

If you are not charged, you can verify whether or not the subscription is cancelled. From the link we shared above, it has the following section.

How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad

1: Open the Settings app.

2: Tap your name.

3: Tap Subscriptions.

4: Tap the subscription.

5: Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

As it says in step 5 above, if you see no Cancel Subscription button then you have already cancelled it.
