I don’t have AppleID and password from a legit purchased iPhone. Does this website unlock this?

I bought a iPhone SE from a thrift store. It requires an Apple ID and password from the previous owner, which I can’t get. Apple will not service. Me without an ORIGINAL purchase receipt that I don’t have. I’m looking to where I can get the iPone unlocked from Apple and register in my Apple account. Can I get help here?

Ask the people at the thrift store to contact the previous owner or give you a refund. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
