I want a refund on a subscription I accidentally ticked a year ago and there was no head up the mo eye was coming out of my account. I have the receipt.

I would like my money back please. A refund. I did not know that money was going to come out of my account

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Anything which goes through the iTunes Store servers, including application subscriptions, is handled as described above. If that charge didn't, contact the service's provider directly.


The people who answer questions on these boards are mostly other customers and can't grant a refund in any case.
