iPad Pro 2021 Keyboard & mouse use

In order of maximizing mouse features I am enabling the AssistiveTouch function.

Once AssistiveTouch is enabled and a bluetooth keyboard is connected keys 7,8,9,u,i,o,j,k,&l are all working like arrow keys.

iPadOS version is updated: 16.2.

Is there any solution working with keyboard once AssistiveTouch is enabled?

Thanks in advance.

Ensure that you have disabled both Full Keyboard Access and MouseKeys:

  • Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access - set to OFF
  • Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF
