Struggle with apple pay

I just recently switched to a new iPhone and have been updating everything including Apple Pay. I’ve tried purchasing something off a website and there is a hard stop that wants me to update my name on the shipping address. I am putting in my first and last name and correct address and it still will not let me use Apple Pay to make the purchase. Please help as I am getting extremely frustrated.
