Battery service ?

Hello, everyone. My phone have service messages but still have 95% of battery life. Can someone explain me more about this problem

Generally if the maximum capacity reaches 80% it would be considered consumed and requires servicing, but in this case it looks like it's experiencing a separate hardware issue.
