Apple Notes .pdf Scans displaying only as .jpg when viewed over browser

Hi There,

I use Apple notes often to scan documents as PDF's.

These view fine on my iPhone and can be shared to other cloud storage or other people as PDF's with no issues.

When opening Apple notes on a Chrome browser today using my Microsoft Surface Pro I noticed that none of these scans have come through as PDF here, instead when I click on the download button they are all saved as .jpg files and the names I gave them have all disappeared also, now they are all just called "Scanned Document".

I hope this will not affect how they are stored on my iPhone long term, however it would be good to be able to access them correctly using a browser as without the names coming over I cannot even use the search function correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.
