Apparently so. From the article:

What you can share

Subscriptions from Apple, including:
- Apple Fitness+

I.e. if one member of the family subscribes to Fitness+ all other members of the family can use it.

I invited a family member and they accepted to family share, but they still donmt have access to apple fitness i invited my husband to family share so he could use my fitness plus subscription. However, the subscription is asking him to trial it. Shouldn’t he already have access now?
