From local or iCloud backups. Backups are about the only way to mark data as being valuable, and backups have to occur prior to data loss. If you have no backups, then you are limited to what was in iCloud. Maybe iCloud Photos, maybe Keychain, maybe Calendar and Contact info, if that was enabled. Otherwise, the data is gone.

Getting Old Devices' Info:



Sync Through iCloud:

If these are still signed in to iCloud, then enable items in iCloud settings on your other devices. If enabled, they will show up, sure enough.

On an iPhones:

1. Click: Settings
2. Tap: your Name (top item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: [and item] (so that it is green)

• Modify: your login credentials (opening a new eMail Account and usinge a never-before-used Password)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
