My account got disabled in App Store

hey i think this is because I cancelled a payment in one app but this message keeps popping up every time I want to update an app or download something and I really don’t know how to fix this

I tried to reset password but its not working

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.
