AirPods Pro 2 lid is misaligned and creaks

I bought AirPods Pro 2nd gen, 3 weeks back from BestBuy, USA. I am currently in India.

The lid of the AirPod is misaligned and protruding out from the body frame on one side and recessed in on the other side. Also, the lid can move a bit and makes creaking sound.

I showed it to Apple authorised service centre in Gurgaon (India) and was told they cannot do anything as the features are working fine.

Shouldn't this issue be covered as a manufacturing defect or quality issue and a replacement given?

Well, I also noticed the same.

The right side frame is protruding out.

The Left and Right sides are not even.

And the infamous creaking is there. The creaking is normal. It happens to a lot of users.
