Would suggest updating Monterey 12.6 to the latest version 12.6.2 before attempting

Would also suggest have at least 50 GB Of Empty Space in Monterey.

This will allow the Full Version of Ventura ( about 12.2 GB in size ) to download, Expand and then commence the Installation Process
