Denied a refund and denied an appeal.

Online they say there’s the option to appeal a denial. So I did and it was not eligible for a refund.

So I reached out to support and they just tossed the policy at me and basically said tough s***.

I was charged for an app during a free trial after I had canceled it and was denied getting a refund for it. The support person said that it was impossible to be charged after a cancellation but I know that’s not true because I’ve seen so many reviews on apps complaining about charges.

And another app was not working properly and I was denied a refund for that as well.

I had to wait for the stinking funds to process into my account for a day and then request a refund which was then denied.

This is ridiculous and so frustrating.
