Are you having a problem with the Search bar in Notes? It doesn't require that you know the title of the note.


You can also use the iPhone's search tool.


Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Enter the search string and then, in the results, swipe down to "Notes".
