I have my phone on DO NOT DISTURB but unwanted calls still come thru. How can I stop this?

It sounds like you have Do Not Disturb enabled, but are still getting calls. We can help.

There are some scenarios where you can still get calls even with Do Not Disturb turned on:

• If you have "Repeated Calls" turned on in Settings>Do Not Disturb? If it is enabled, a second call from the same number within 3 minutes of the first will be allowed to ring through.
• "You can add VIP contacts to your Favorites list for quick dialing. Select a contact, scroll down, then tap Add to Favorites. Calls from these contacts bypass Do Not Disturb."
